Ten schools were invited to participate in the Post-Fellowship Year (PFY) program to deepen and broaden the work of alumni and spread and sustain learning across the school. Upon completion of the 2-year core fellowship, the mentor, fellows, and school principal engaged in a yearlong journey of building their skills as leaders and change-makers in support of a school-wide signature practice.
