She has been instrumental in designing and leading lab sites for the Cotsen Special Education Community of Practice, where she fosters rigorous expectations, expansive IEP goals, and inclusive classroom practices that engage students in critical thinking and conceptual understanding of mathematics.

Beyond her classroom, Suzanne’s impact extends to organizing an annual SPED gala, a heartwarming event that celebrates the unique gifts and talents of her students and their families.
