On Saturday, April 7th, The Cotsen Foundation for the ART of TEACHING was recognized by Loyola Marymount University’s School of Education during its annual Kappa Delta Pi SOE awards ceremony and honor society convocation. Citing the ART of TEACHING’s collaboration with the university to improve mathematics instruction though the Mathematics Leadership Corps Initiative, LMU honored the Foundation with its School of Education Dean’s Circle Award. Executive Director Jerry Harris accepted the award on behalf of the Foundation from Dr. Shane Martin, Dean of the LMU School of Education.
